Today Cambridge International School celebrating National Spinach Day…!!! We encourage our Students to build up to Green Smoothies. We educate our little ones about leafy vegetable. Spinach is one of the healthiest vegetables, and it’s delicious to boot! It’s rich in water-soluble vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins, iron, calcium, cancer-fighting antioxidants, and phytonutrients. In Cambridge International School we do have Field trips related to vegetable and fruit Market. We motivate our Parents to adapt the healthy life for themselves and for their kids as well.
