A lantern is a portable source of lighting, featuring a protective enclosure for the light source. Lanterns contribute to enlightening the festivities. With Diwali around the corner, Cambridge Gurukul curated a Lantern Making Workshop for the students of Std II, III & IV. Who does not want to fill their house with lights on Diwali? But using those same old string lights year after year is not fun. Pouring happiness into the celebration with the paper lanterns! Students had made different and colourful paper lanterns. All the children participated wholeheartedly in the activity. It was an awesome sight to see all the colourful lanterns together.
